Excellent Customer Service from Real Techniques




Most times, we consumers are very quick to criticise bad customer service which I am in support of because it nudges these companies to (hopefully) improve their services and if they don't, at least people can be warned to avoid them. However, I think it is even more important to praise companies when they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. If you are a regular reader of my blog, you would know I love Real Techniques Brushes and I have built quite a little collection for myself. I have a whole thread on all my blog posts on Real Techniques Brushes here, here, and here and my makeup brush collection over here if you fancy a read. I had a complaint about one of the brushes I purchased and I contacted them to let them know the issue. There were some mix ups here and there but they sent me a replacement brush and a whole bunch of other brushes. I was in utter shock when I opened the package and saw all these brushes. They really didn't have to send me all these brushes but they did! I am so impressed and I know Real Techniques brushes do not need any introduction because they are one of the best affordable brushes out there and that's really excellent. Their brushes speak for themselves and I guess all I am trying to say is Thank you Real Techniques...You have gained/retained a very loyal customer.   1. oh my god! At first glance I thought you bought a whole lot of brushes. I was like: girl I know you love them, but slow down, they aren't going anywhere. And then I read what you wrote. You'll never have to repurchase another RT brush again :o Lucky you! And really nice of RT to send them to you, wouldn't have thought that a brand would ever do such a thing!

    1. Awww thanks a lot babes! I was really surprised and I think RT brushes are amazing but even more so I think their Customer Service have seriously outdone themselves on this one...Now time to play with my brushes!!!...x

  5. Wow, surprising what being a blogger will do. I waited three months for a replacement stippling brush. Customer Services kept sending me the same email - wait 30 days - and even Sam getting involved did nothing. In the end, I told them to forget it as it was driving me crazy. Great brushes but now I'm scared every time I clean them in case they fall apart.

    1. Ohh dear that sounds super annoying and I can assure you that I waited for a really looooooooong time before these arrived. I don't think they knew I was a blogger because I kept contacting them through their contact form and tweets. I am really sorry that this happened to you!! Have you tried tweeting them? ...xxx
