I am Guest Speaking at a Conference- The First Lady Conference

OK, I am sure the title of this post already gives everything away but yeah!! I am speaking at a conference this Saturday!! I know it's super crazy and I am very excited as you may have guessed. Right, let me get into a serious mood!! So, I was asked by the lovely Founder of the First Lady Conference- Beatrice (check out her blog here) to speak at this conference a few months ago and I can't believe the day is so close already. I have been buried in my job and school work that I have not noticed that the days are going pretty fast. I have been asked to talk about my blog which is always an exciting topic for me and I can go on and on. I am not the only one speaking on the day as there are four other gorgeous ladies from different spheres of life including Dance, Beauty, TV, Ministry and Business (I already mentioned I would be talking about Blogging). I am both terrified and excited for the day and I always feel like this whenever I have presentations. I do a lot of presentations at work but this is totally different because this is more about me and my blog. I absolutely look forward to it and if you can make it, it would be amazing. If not, you can be sure that I would share pictures from the event.

What is the First Lady Conference?
The First Lady conference is a bi-annual event which holds a Spring/Summer Programme (June) and an Autumn/Winter Programme (December). It is a one of a kind event where successful women gather together to deliver insightful talks on their business, careers and passions with the hope of inspiring others. The conference is split into several segments including Beauty, Blogging, Ministry, Business, Fashion and Media. At every programme, there is an aim to add more segments to ensure participants have an exciting, exhilarating, fun and amazing time sharing their advice and experience with other successful women.
The First Lady conference aims to work with Charity Organisations that support girls and women which is why it is the conference’s mission to donate 10% of ticket sales to one chosen charity every year. It’s a conference where women are celebrated and it’s all about building, enhancing and inspiring the next generation of women. The First Lady Conference is one that brings together creative entrepreneurs together to share their thoughts on salient topics that inspire fellow women.
